Pixi Kiss Cosmetix

The more I use it the more I'm starting to fall in love with mineral make up. I love the powder eye shadow especially. I recently had the pleasure of reviewing Pixi Kiss Cosmetix for y'all. This shop is really new but has a great variety of beautiful color shadows to choose from. She has every thing from neutrals to bolds all so reasonably priced you can buy more than you wanted and still not feel guilty.

I picked somewhat neutral colors.. I know I told y'all I would be bold but I forgot this time sorry. I chose Kiss Me, Hug Me, Miss Me, Morning Kiss, and Love me. As you can tell from the names most of them are part of a collection so they all compliment each other and can be worn together or separate depending on your mood. All of the colors I chose are more shimmer than extremely pigmented but that is okay with me because the provide just enough color not to be overbearing.

These shadows go on smooth and even with both a brush and sponge. They blend beautifully and have very little fall out even though they are powders. With a little primer the shadow stayed on all day, even in 80 degree weather. There was no creasing and little fading.

Hug Me has a yellow tint with a lot of shimmer

Love me is a pink/peach tint

Morning Kiss is pink/mauve with lots of pigment

Miss Me is a purple tint with lots of shimmer

Kiss Me is a peach shimmer

Here is a few pictures of all the colors working together.

Check out Pixi Kiss's Etsy shop to see all the beautiful colors offered and like them on FaceBook for giveaways and new releases.
I received these samples complimentary in exchange for an honest compensated review but the opinion expressed is all mine. I only recommend products I feel are good for my readers.

  2. I like 'Love Me' the best. I love the colors but I got distracted; you have beautiful eyes... wow!
As a side note, I actually prefer to see colors that tend towards neutral, so thank you for your review!

  3. I've never tried mineral eye shadow. I really do not wear eye makeup that much anymore. I definitely like the colors you chose-they blend very well!!

  4. I'm not a huge pink person, but I actually like those colors. They look nice and neutral and I could see wearing the colors.

  5. I love those colors together. I don't even have clue how to make my eyeshadow look like that. I can barely manage one color to accentuate - multiple colors - forget it!

  7. That's great that it stayed on in 80 degree weather. A lot of makeup slides right off in that heat.
